Greater demand/alternative transport
If there is demand for more seats than are currently available, we will attempt to secure a larger vehicle so, if you are interested, please book as soon as possible or, if already sold out, contact Andy Pavey through the email address above or the ticket booking page. It is also possible to reach Aldworth by a combination of buses and walking; details will be added to this page after the cut off date for coach bookings if it is fully booked or has to be cancelled.
Unfortunately, if there is insufficient uptake, we will have to cancel the event. If that happens, members will be refunded by the same means they paid.
No refunds can be offered otherwise, unless the space can be filled by someone else with sufficient notice, as we will have committed to the transport cost.
