Committee members present brief reports finishing up with Any Other Business. Future diary dates are planned. There will be a bar break during any long meetings. There is no obligation for anyone attending to remain until the end of the meeting.
If the weather is appropriate it may be possible for the meeting to be held outside in the pub garden.
