CAMRA Central Southern Regional Ale Trail route.

My suggested timings should allow time for drinking and walking from one pub to the next. The longest walks are from pub 3 onwards, but there are buses running along Bethnal Green Road for the first two of these pubs.
My suggested walking route is (I think) the interesting way, but the alternative ways are pretty obvious and you might cut some corners that way – especially if you’re falling behind.
There are ample places for eating along the route, but I’ve built some time into pubs 3 & 4 if you want to eat there. Pubs 5, 6 & 8 will not have food available. If you want to eat later, No 7 is a good choice.
Sometimes No8. Wilton’s can become crowded, so I’ve added an alternative, the Princess Of Prussia, which is a further 5 mins away, at most.
